This may include asset details, sustainability metrics, and other relevant information needed for accurate performance assessment.

2. Data Privacy and Confidentiality
All data provided will be stored securely and accessed in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. Your data will only be shared with third parties involved in delivering My Estatez services or as required by law. PEGS will take all reasonable precautions to protect your data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.

3. ESG Scoring and Performance Tracking
By registering, you agree that PEGS may generate and update ESG scores for the assets you manage, allowing for benchmarking and tracking of sustainability performance. Aggregated, anonymised benchmarking data may be utilised by PEGS for research, reporting, or business development purposes.

4. Consent to Contact
You consent to be contacted by PEGS for updates, insights, or support related to the assets you manage. Communication may be through email, phone, or platform notifications.

5. Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting PEGS customer support. Upon withdrawal, PEGS will cease processing your data for the purposes stated above, subject to legal or operational requirements to retain certain data.

6. Acceptance of Terms
By accepting this consent form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and have the appropriate permissions to manage the assets on the platform.
