PEGS will collect and process information related to the property you occupy to generate ESG insights, score tenant activities, and support sustainability initiatives. This may include occupancy data, energy consumption, and waste management practices.

2. Data Privacy and Confidentiality
Your data will be stored securely and accessed in compliance with data protection regulations. It will only be shared with third parties involved in delivering My Estatez services or as required by law, with reasonable measures taken to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure.

3. ESG Scoring and Performance Feedback
By registering, you consent to receiving ESG-related insights and reports for the property you occupy. Aggregated, anonymised data may be used by PEGS for research, reporting, or business development.

4. Consent to Contact
PEGS may contact you regarding your property’s sustainability initiatives, updates, and relevant insights. Communication may be conducted via email, phone, or platform notifications.

5. Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw this consent by contacting PEGS support, upon which PEGS will cease processing your data, except where required for legal or operational reasons.

6. Acceptance of Terms
By accepting this consent, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms as a Tenant to receive PEGS services.
